As we are a UK based company we are undergoing the process of registration at the data protection commision.

Everything we do is regulated by the relevant UK law and respective authorities/commisioners.

There is also intellectual property law we have to abide by, and we try to keep up to date with all that  As  a general aside, during our web development process we may create bussiness graphics, business logos, etc. We assume that our client is happy to have the intellectual property such as graphics design and logos, so we do not assert Intellectual property over work we do on behalve of our clients.
